Power BI Developer for Construction Dashboard

We're a multi-office specialty contracting company using a job-costing and bidding platform (JobPro Technology). We need an experienced Power BI developer to design and build a job-profitability and billing-performance dashboard sourced from our JobPro data exports. This is a single, well-defined project, though we're open to a maintenance arrangement after a successful launch. What You'll Build Executive Overview KPI cards, office comparison, backlog, billing gaps Job Profit Report bid/proposed vs. billed/actual by job Scheduled Jobs Billing Review flags missed billing Underbillings Review flags costs incurred without matching billing Backlog & Pipeline bids, won jobs, conversion rate Job Detail Drill-through single-job detail view Data will be provided via a hosted export (flat files or a queryable endpoint), refreshed on a 24-hour cycle. Core tables: Bids, Jobs, Invoice Items, Job Items. Deliverables Finished .pbix file, published to our Power BI workspace Documented data model (relationships, key measures, DAX logic) Brief handoff/training session Written list of any field-mapping assumptions made during the build In Your Proposal, Please Include 2–3 portfolio examples showing DAX/data-modeling work (not just visuals) Your approach to handling the three-date-cohort logic (Invoice Date, Cost Date, Scheduled Date) Estimated hours or fixed fee, broken out by phase Proposed timeline Willingness to start with one paid milestone at the Underbillings Review page before committing to the full build Any relevant experience with construction, job-costing, or WIP/underbilling reporting Budget: provide an estimated amount.
