Power Electronics Engineer Needed - BLDC Motor Controller PCB Design & DFM

I have a fully functional hand-wired prototype of a high-power brushless DC motor controller and need an experienced power electronics engineer to take it to a production-ready PCB design. This is a real validated project - not a concept. The prototype works. I need someone to document it properly and design a manufacturable board around it. What I've Built: - Brushless DC motor controller with onboard 12V boost converter - Boost stage output: ~21V at 60+ amps (~700W peak, ~90% efficiency measured in testing) - PWM input signal processing with wide frequency range tolerance - Duty cycle extraction for variable motor speed control - ESP32 MCU (firmware is complete and tested - do not need to touch the firmware) - Currently hand-wired in a metal project enclosure. Hand-drawn schematic sketches are also available to supplement the physical prototype. - Application: automotive performance/aftermarket Scope of Work: 1. Schematic capture from my hand-wired prototype 2. High-current PCB layout - heavy copper, thermal management, EMI considerations 3. DFM review optimized for small batch production 4. Gerber files and full BOM ready to send to a fab house Requirements: - Proven experience with high-current power electronics (60A+) - Boost converter PCB design experience - Heavy copper PCB design (2oz or higher) - KiCad, Altium, or equivalent - Please include examples of previous high-power PCB work in your proposal Not needed: - Firmware development - Physical assembly - Regulatory certification In your proposal include examples of previous work, preferred tools, estimated timeline, and pricing.
