Power BI Expert & Sales Analyst Needed for B2B Wholesale & Category Management

We are looking for a senior Power BI Developer / Sales Intelligence Specialist to help us build a comprehensive B2B sales performance and category management dashboard. Our business operates in the wholesale and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors, distributing major international brands (including textile/apparel and personal care/cosmetics lines) to a wide network of retail clients. We need an executive-grade reporting system that tracks our sales steps, pipeline efficiency, and product category performance. Scope of Work: • Sales Pipeline & Steps Tracking: Build visuals that monitor the end-to-end B2B sales pipeline, from initial client placement to final distribution and fulfillment. • Category Management Analytics: Design dedicated reporting layers to track product performance, stock turnover, and brand-specific growth metrics (analyzing performance for key textile and personal care brands). • Wholesale Performance Matrices: Create a clear view of customer purchasing patterns, order frequencies, and volume-driven margins typical in a B2B wholesale operation. • Executive Dashboard Layout: o An Executive Summary page capturing top-level revenue, targets, and growth trends. o A Sales & Margin Analysis page breaking down profitability by brand, product category, and regional sales reps. • Technical Implementation: Set up automated data connections using optimal data loading methods to ensure the sales team always has access to fresh metrics. Required Skills & Experience: • Deep expertise in Power BI Desktop & Power BI Service (DAX, Power Query, advanced data modeling). • Strong background in FMCG sales, B2B wholesale distribution, and category management. • Proven ability to translate operational sales steps into clean, scannable management dashboards. • Experience with SQL/database connections is highly preferred.
