Power BI Facilities Management Dashboard

Hello, I am looking for an experienced Power BI consultant to design an executive and operational dashboard for a facilities management project. The project is for an administrative building with a ground floor and seven upper floors. The scope includes integrated facilities management, HSE, security operations, visitor management, parking management, SLA/KPI monitoring, service provider performance, and monthly reporting. The required deliverables are: * A structured Excel input template. * A Power BI dashboard connected to Excel. * Executive summary pages for senior management. * Operational pages for FM, HSE, security, visitors, parking, SLA, incidents, inspections, corrective actions, and monthly costs. * DAX measures and data model setup. * Data dictionary and user guide. * Handover and training session for one employee who will maintain the dashboard during the project. This is not a full CMMS implementation and we do not need to register all assets. We need a practical dashboard with medium-level details that can be updated manually through Excel and presented to management. Please share relevant examples of similar Power BI dashboards, especially for facilities management, operations, HSE, security, SLA, or KPI reporting.
