PowerPoint Animation Expert Needed ASAP – Convert Animated Deck to Static Slides

Summary

I’m looking for an expert-level PowerPoint designer/technician to quickly prepare a completed keynote presentation for a major corporate webcast. The Project I have a 27-slide, fully designed PowerPoint deck. Approximately 15 slides contain animations/builds that are important to the storytelling and pacing. The webcast platform does not support PowerPoint animations at all, so those animations need to be converted into sequences of individual static slides that replicate the original animation/reveal progression as closely as possible. For example, an animated slide might become: Slide A → first state Slide B → next reveal Slide C → next reveal Slide D → final state When I advance through the presentation, I want the audience experience to feel as close as possible to seeing the original animations. What I Need * Review the complete 27-slide deck and identify all animated slides/builds. * Convert approximately 15 animated slides into the appropriate number of individual static slides. * Preserve the exact visual design, positioning, backgrounds, imagery, layering, and integrity of the existing deck. * Replicate entrance, exit, build, and other animation sequences as closely as reasonably possible through slide advancement. * Make transitions between static slides feel seamless, without objects unexpectedly shifting or changing position. * Ensure NO animations remain in the final webcast-ready deck. * Quality-check the finished presentation for visual shifts, missing elements, layering issues, backgrounds, or formatting problems. * Return a fully editable PowerPoint file. All fonts in the presentation have already been converted to images, so font availability should not be an issue. Important: This Is NOT a Redesign The deck is already designed and finalized. I need someone who understands advanced PowerPoint animation and presentation production, not simply a graphic designer. The goal is to intelligently translate the existing animation logic into static slide-by-slide builds without compromising the visual design, storytelling, or pacing of the keynote. I’m also very open to your recommendations if you know a better or more efficient way to accomplish this. The final requirement is simply that the webcast receives individual static slides with no animations while the audience experience remains as close to the original as possible. Budget & Estimate This will be an hourly Upwork contract, but before hiring I would like an estimated number of hours / total cost for completing the deck. I can provide the full 27-slide PowerPoint via DM so you can review the actual animations before giving me your estimate. If something unexpected materially changes the scope after you begin, we can discuss it, but I would like to have a reasonable estimate upfront. Timeline FAST TURNAROUND REQUIRED. I need someone who can begin immediately. Please include in your proposal: 1. How quickly you can complete the project. 2. Your experience working with advanced PowerPoint animations, particularly converting animated presentations for webcast/event platforms. 3. How you would approach converting animations into static slide sequences. 4. Whether you can preserve the existing deck pixel-for-pixel wherever possible. 5. Your estimated hours/cost after reviewing the deck via DM. 6. Your availability to make quick corrections after I review the finished file. Please only apply if you are highly proficient in advanced PowerPoint animation and presentation production and can begin immediately. Screening Question Please explain specifically how you would convert a PowerPoint slide containing multiple entrance, exit, and/or motion-path animations into a sequence of static slides while ensuring objects do not shift position between slides. I’m specifically looking for someone who understands the technical side of PowerPoint builds, so please be specific about your process rather than giving a general answer.
