PowerPoint Presentation Redesign for Keynote Speeches

We are seeking a skilled freelancer to redesign our PowerPoint presentation for keynote speeches. The goal is to create a visually appealing and engaging presentation that effectively communicates our message: "Be a leader, not a manager". The ideal candidate should have experience in presentation design and be able to transform the existing content into a polished and professional format. We're not looking for something too corporate or heavy. A light design is good. This is a small, part-time project with a short duration. Our powerpoint presentation already exists - we're looking for something more inspiring and clean. It should signal inspiring "leadership" not rational "management".
