PowerPoint Specialist: MBB-Style Consulting Slides (Ongoing Work)

Overview: We're a boutique management and strategy consultancy looking for a skilled PowerPoint designer to polish our client-facing decks to top-tier consulting standards. You'll receive completed content from us- your job is to refine the layout, structure, and graphics so the final slides are clean, sharp, and client-ready. This is not a content-creation role. We handle the thinking and the substance. We need someone who can take our raw slides and elevate them visually while respecting consulting communication principles. What you'll do: - Clean up and reformat existing slides for visual consistency and clarity - Improve graphics, charts, layouts, and data visualizations - Ensure every slide meets the polish level expected at McKinsey, Bain, or BCG Who you are: - Fast and reliable: typical turnaround of 2-4 hours for a few slides - Demonstrated experience designing or refining slides in the MBB style (please share a portfolio or relevant samples). If you have worked at a consulting firm creating decks, that is a huge plus - Strong grasp of consulting communication principles Detail-obsessed; understands the difference between "looks fine" and "client-ready" Important: We want genuine, human design work.
