PowerPoint template specialist / presentation systems designer

We are looking for an experienced PowerPoint designer to create a master template system for a corporate client. This is not a one-off slide design project. The goal is to build a fully editable PowerPoint template deck with reusable layouts, master slides, section dividers, chart/table styles, data-heavy slide formats, and basic usage guidance. The template will be used by internal teams to create large business planning and executive presentations, so it must be clean, professional, brand-consistent, and easy for non-designers to edit.
