AI-Powered Compliance & Fraud Detection System for Medical Screening Center

We are working for a medical center which does pre-employment medicals for expatriates. In order to ensure quality of the investigations, we need to automate our processes such that the chances of mismanagement & unethical practices are eliminated. There have been several instances where the agents collude with the medical center staff to be involved in unethical practices, in order to tamper the results. We have the following systems in place. 1) Internal registration system, along with integrated biometrics to record when each candidate registered in the system and when he went inside examination room, sample collection room, XRay room. The internal registration system is also integrated with que management system. The internal registration system also has barcode printer, along with machine integration for the 3 lab machines 2) A separate PACS software in XRay room where the XRay snaps are recorded 3) Cameras with NVR in sample collection room, outside examination & XRay rooms, in the passage from sample collection room to laboratory, and other places 4) A totally separate web application, separate than the internal registration system (where one has to manually upload all the results) The biggest threats we face is that the agents collude with the medical staff to make UNFIT candidates FIT by doing the following: a) Changing the samples of UNFIT candidates in sample collection room, or asking the phlebotomist present to give his sample instead, or by letting pre-filled vial inside the sample collection room b) Replacing the barcode of the blood vials during sample transporation from sample collection room to the laboratory of UNFIT candidate with the FIT candidate to make UNFIT candidate FIT c) Pass the candidate by changing the XRay report, even if the XRay shows that the candidate is UNFIT d) Pass the candidates by inputting false values in the medical examination forms, during medical examination investigations such as entering false values of Blood Pressure, Height/Weight What we want from you (if possible, or suggest alternate solutions) a) Use AI agents or any other technology to monitor the videos to ensure no samples are swapped or no unethical practices took place in the sample collection room. The time when each biometric verification for each candidate was performed inside the sample collection could be provided from the internal registration system so the agent can jump close to that time or can use any other perimeter. Currently, we are using external staff to review the sample collection room at the designated times when biometric verification was performed in sample collection room, this process is time consuming and prone to error. b) Use AI agents or any other technology to monitor the videos to ensure no barcodes were replaced or samples swapped during sample transportation from sample collection room to the laboratory. Samples would be transported at designated times. Currently, we are using external staff to review the sample transportation at the designated times from sample collection room to the laboratory, this process is time consuming and prone to error. c) Use AI agents or any other technology to match the biometric verification name and time & the name and time on the XRay film Currently, we are using external staff to review the time and name of each XRay snap, which is time consuming and prone to error. d) Prepare preliminary report of each candidate with backup evidences such as identity verification slip, BP readings photo, XRay snap, height weight picture, laboratory report from LIS, procedures form etc. (If this is something which the internal registration system company would be better off doing, please let us know) Currently we ask a staff member to gather all the evidences, and prepare a pdf, which is very time consuming and prone to error.
