We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Growth Expert who knows how to use AI to accelerate growth, automate marketing, and scale a company’s online presence. This is not just a traditional social media role. We want someone who understands modern AI-powered marketing and can build and execute a measurable growth strategy across multiple channels. What you’ll be responsible for: Develop and execute our overall digital marketing and growth strategy Grow and manage LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant social channels Use AI tools and AI agents to create, repurpose, schedule, test, and optimize content at scale Improve SEO and organic Google rankings Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta/Facebook & Instagram Ads, and other paid campaigns Create strategies to increase website traffic, leads, conversions, and brand awareness Build and optimize landing pages, funnels, email campaigns, and retargeting strategies Use analytics and AI-powered tools to continuously measure performance and improve ROI Identify new growth opportunities and test creative approaches quickly Help us build a scalable marketing engine rather than simply posting content Who we’re looking for: You should have proven experience growing a company or brand through social media, SEO, paid advertising, and digital marketing. You should also be highly comfortable using the latest AI marketing tools to work faster and achieve better results.
