AI-Powered Editorial Writer & Client Production Manager (Long-Term)

We are an established U.S. luxury media company (20-year publishing brand, Google News publisher). We produce professional profiles and editorial articles for doctors, lawyers, financial advisors, realtors, and designers — and we're scaling fast. We're hiring a long-term writer + production manager who works WITH AI (Claude) as their writing engine and is exceptional at client follow-up. You'll run our proven production system: our prompts, our templates, our checklists — your judgment, editing, and consistency. What you'll do: Write member profiles and articles using Claude with our prompt library (we provide everything — prompts, formats, examples) Manage many clients at once: send intake questionnaires, follow up until they respond, send drafts for approval, follow up again, track every client's status until published (scaling toward 300 clients) Fact-check everything — zero invented facts, quotes, or credentials, ever Keep the tracker updated daily so every client's status is always visible Requirements: Excellent written English (near-native — we publish on a news platform; your writing must read clean and professional, never "AI-sounding") Real experience using Claude or ChatGPT for production writing — you edit AI output hard and catch its mistakes STRONG follow-up discipline — most of this job is moving clients forward: chasing intakes, chasing approvals, never letting anyone slip through Experience managing multiple clients/projects with a tracker or system Reliable availability with at least 3–4 hours overlap with U.S. Eastern Time Detail-obsessed and organized Volume & pay: start ~25–30 pieces/week while learning the system; grows substantially from there. 12+ month engagement for the right person, with room to grow into a lead role.
