We want to go beyond standard configuration — we're ready to layer AI and intelligent automation on top of NetSuite to make our operations faster, smarter, and less dependent on manual work. What We Need We're looking for someone who lives at the intersection of NetSuite expertise and AI implementation — not two separate people stitched together, but one person who understands both deeply enough to make them work as one system. What You'll Work On → Complete and optimize our existing NetSuite setup — modules, workflows, custom records, and saved searches → Build AI-powered automations that connect NetSuite with tools like OpenAI, Copilot, or Make/Zapier → Automate repetitive back-office processes — invoice processing, PO approvals, inventory alerts, customer communications → Use AI Builder or similar to extract and classify data flowing into NetSuite from emails, documents, or forms → Build intelligent dashboards and reporting that surface insights, not just numbers → Train our team so they can maintain and build on what you create Who We're Looking For → Strong hands-on NetSuite experience — SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, saved searches, custom records → Proven AI implementation experience — OpenAI API, Microsoft Copilot, automation platforms → Understands business operations well enough to know what's worth building and what isn't → Can work independently, communicate clearly, and deliver working solutions not presentations → Has real project examples — not just certifications Nice to Have → Experience migrating data into NetSuite from other ERPs like Acumatica, QuickBooks, or SAP → Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs for third-party integrations → Background in finance, operations, or supply chain workflows This Is NOT For You If → You know NetSuite but have never touched AI tools in a real project → You pitch automation as easy without understanding the business logic behind it → You need hand-holding to figure out what needs to be built To Apply, Please Tell Us → Describe a NetSuite project you've delivered — what was the scope and what did you build? → What AI tools have you integrated with an ERP or business system, and what did it achieve? → What would your approach be in the first two weeks of this engagement?
