We have cracked the code on running effective campaigns for these clients and we are scaling our sales operation to match. Our remote team spans the US, the Philippines, and Latin America and we operate with a high-trust, results-driven culture where initiative is recognized and rewarded. The opportunity We are looking for someone who has already figured out how to use AI to do outreach better — not someone who wants to learn. If you have built workflows using ChatGPT, Claude, Apollo, Clay, or similar tools to research prospects, personalize messaging, and book more meetings, this role was written for you. You will earn a base hourly rate plus commission on every deal you help close — top performers have real earning potential well above the base. What we provide $6–$8/hr base (based on experience) + performance-based commission Paid Claude AI Pro account — use it however helps you perform Structured prospect lists, call scripts, and onboarding to get you ramped fast HubSpot CRM access with full setup and support A lean, async-friendly team that gets out of your way and lets you work What you will do Build and execute AI-assisted outreach workflows across phone, email, and LinkedIn Use tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Apollo, or Clay to research prospects and craft personalized messaging at scale Make cold calls to US-based businesses, qualify interest, and handle initial objections Book discovery calls and hand warm, qualified leads to our sales team Log all outreach activity accurately in HubSpot after every interaction Track what is working, report daily on pipeline progress, and iterate on your approach What we are looking for Hands-on experience building AI-assisted outreach workflows — this is the core requirement Proven track record of cold outreach that has resulted in booked meetings or closed deals Clear, confident spoken and written English — you will be speaking directly with US decision-makers Self-directed and accountable — you own your pipeline and your results Comfortable working with clients in regulated or non-mainstream industries HubSpot or CRM experience plus LinkedIn outreach experience plus Background in advertising or digital marketing sales plus To apply Please submit a short voice recording (60–90 seconds) walking us through a specific AI workflow you have used to research a prospect, personalize outreach, and book a meeting.
