Summary

This is a fixed $50 USD job. We are looking for an experienced AI Automation Developer to build, "iVisa-style" customer support bot for WhatsApp and Email. The goal is to provide instant, highly conversational, and conversion-focused responses (no robotic AI talk) and all WhatsApp and email in one place/dashboard. Our current backend is built on Next.js, and PostgreSQL, deployed via Docker.

This is not a complex build, but it needs to be done properly. We want it to feel like a premium, professional service from the first message a customer receives.

 Our Service Context We currently handle visa assistance service for UK customers but plan to soon have across these corridors, so scalability should be built in from day one: * 🇦🇪 UAE — VFS Global and TLS Contact * 🇮🇪 Ireland — VFS Global and TLS Contact * 🇺🇸 USA — VFS Global and TLS Contact * 🇸🇦 Saudi Arabia — VFS Global and TLS Contact Customers place an order on our platform, our team handles everything — the customer just shows up to their appointment. The bot needs to explain this process clearly, share application updates and any information related to the application and services. The Ideal Candidate: * You understand that the goal of this bot is conversion and customer reassurance, not just spitting out Wikipedia-style facts. * You have verifiable experience integrating Voiceflow with custom databases/APIs (not just basic Zapier/Make.com setups). * You write clean, secure code for backend API endpoints. * You communicate clearly, can document your work, and can hand over the visual builder so our non-technical team can update the prompts and PDFs easily in the future.
