Powerpoint Presentation - Graphic Artist

We're looking for a freelancer who can provide on-site PowerPoint presentation support for an upcoming APAC event. The role involves making last-minute presentation edits during rehearsals and before the event begins, ensuring all deck updates are reflected smoothly. Here's an overview of the workflow: Our team will be designing the PowerPoint presentation that will be used by the speakers during the event. As with most live events, we anticipate there may be last-minute changes during the rehearsal (either the day before or on the morning of the event). For this role, we would require the following: 1. Be available onsite for the full day to support the team during rehearsals and the event, ensuring that all PowerPoint content is functioning correctly and any updates are implemented promptly. 2. Familiarize yourself with the presentation deck in advance so that you'll be well-prepared to assist the speakers and the team with any edits or modifications needed onsite. Rate includes: 1. PowerPoint familiarization/preparation time 2. Your 10-hour onsite rate as a Graphic Artist
