AV Pre-Sales & Technical Tender Writer

We are a commercial AV integration business looking for a freelance AV Sales Specialist / Bid Manager to actively find and secure video conferencing installation work. Your primary goal will be to locate upcoming corporate fit-outs, government panels, and education room upgrades, and handle the document preparation to win the contracts. Our core focus is the installation of commercial video conferencing kit environments, including Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), and Google Meet ecosystems utilising hardware brands like Crestron, Logitech, Yealink, Polycom and Neat. Key Responsibilities: Active Lead Scouting: Manually source and track open tender packages, RFPs, and sub-contracting installation leads using major corporate and local government portals. Documentation Prep: Write highly professional, technically accurate bids, including Executive Summaries, pricing schedules, and compliance responses. Pipeline Management: Identify construction, corporate relocation, and school refurbishment projects that require extensive audio-visual kit fit-outs. Required Experience: Proven track record in commercial Audio-Visual (AV) or Unified Communications (UC) lead generation. Deep understanding of video conferencing room topologies, dual-display setups, ceiling microphone placements, and USB-C BYOD extensions. Strong familiarity with major procurement routes.
