Pre-Shipment Quality Control Inspector – Fitness Product (Battle Rope)

I am looking for a Quality Control / Product Inspection Inspector based in China to perform an inspection of my Smart Cordless Battle Ropes production directly at my supplier's factory, prior to shipment. Mission: * Go directly to the factory when production is finished. * Check the general quality of the product and its condition. * Check that the products correspond to the specifications agreed with the supplier. * Check the dimensions, weight, materials, assembly and finish. * Check the operation of the electronic system and the meter. * Check buttons, springs, handles and other components. * Check the presence and operation of the accessories included in the packaging. * Check the quality of individual packaging and cartons. * Check the quantities produced and packaged. * Identify any defects, manufacturing problems or non-conformities. * Take detailed photos and videos during the inspection. * Provide a complete inspection report with the problems found and recommendations. * Report any major problems to me immediately before the goods are shipped. Important: The objective is to carry out a real Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) in order to verify that the production is compliant before I give my consent for the shipment. The exact number of units to be inspected, technical specifications and detailed checklist will be provided to the inspector before the mission. Desired profile: * Experience in Quality Control / Factory Inspection / Pre-Shipment Inspection. * Experience with Chinese suppliers and factory inspections. * Knowledge of electronic products or fitness equipment appreciated. * Able to provide a professional report with photos/videos. * Serious, methodical and independent person. Budget: I propose a budget of 50 to 100 USD for the inspection, depending on the location of the factory and the experience of the inspector. Please indicate in your proposal: 1.
