Premiere Pro Assistant Editor Needed

I am a film student looking for an experienced Adobe Premiere Pro assistant editor/technician to help prepare and polish a 20-minute short film shot on Sony cameras. I am retaining full creative control over the story edit. I am looking for someone to handle the heavy lifting regarding technical prep and final aesthetic polish. We will be working via project file exchange, so you must be on the latest version of Adobe Premiere Pro. Scope of Work: 1. Sync external audio tracks to raw Sony camera footage (using scratch audio/clapper slate) and apply software stabilization to shaky handheld shots. 2. Return the organized, synced project file to me so I can perform the creative story edit. 3. Take my finished sequence and apply a professional color grade (correcting Sony log footage) and a clean audio mix (balancing dialogue, ambient sound, and music). Requirements: -Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (Essential Sound and Lumetri Color panels). -Experience working with Sony camera profiles (S-Log color correction experience is a major plus). -Highly organized file management skills. -Ability to complete tasks within a strict 7-day timeline.
