Summary

## Premiere Pro Editor Needed Immediately — Two-Hour Hackathon Video Finishing Sprint I have an existing Adobe Premiere Pro project for **Selsela**, a B2B procurement technology venture. The core edit, narration, timing, and general structure are already complete. The video is approximately **2 minutes and 20 seconds** long. I need an experienced Premiere Pro motion editor to take the existing draft and turn it into a polished, final, submission-ready video. ### Budget and time limit * **Rate:** $25 per hour * **Maximum approved time:** 2 hours * **Maximum total budget:** $50 * This is a focused finishing and enhancement sprint, not a complete edit from scratch. * Do not exceed two hours without my written approval. ### Required experience You should be highly proficient in: * Adobe Premiere Pro * Screen-recording and interface presentation * ProductionCrate / PluginsCrate effects * Perfect Screen, CRT Factory, or comparable screen-animation plugins * Vox-style explanatory motion graphics * Fast, detailed sound design * Exporting technically clean submission-ready MP4 files Please confirm whether you have a valid, functioning ProductionCrate/PluginsCrate installation before accepting the job. ### Current project status The main narrative edit is already assembled. The project contains approximately: * 2 minutes and 20 seconds of edited material * 62 video segments * Existing cuts, timing, dialogue processing, transitions, and sound effects * Multiple ProductionCrate effect instances that may need to be licensed, repaired, replaced, or adjusted The existing effects include many instances of **CRT Factory** and Noise. My local ProductionCrate plugin licensing is not functioning correctly, which is the main reason I cannot complete the finishing work myself. ### Scope of work Within the two-hour cap, please prioritize the following: #### 1. Review and technical repair * Open the project and relink any packaged media if required. * Review the entire video before making changes. * Identify broken, offline, unlicensed, or poorly configured effects. * Repair the existing ProductionCrate effects where possible. * Replace any unusable plugin effect with a visually equivalent native Premiere or alternative effect. * Preserve the current narration, story, structure, and core timing unless a small adjustment clearly improves the result. #### 2. Screen animation and visual pacing The video presents software screens and ChatGPT-based workflows. These screens should feel active, intentional, and cinematic rather than appearing as static recordings. Add varied screen treatments approximately every **2–4 seconds**, where appropriate, including: * Smooth push-ins and pull-outs * Controlled pans and reframing * Cursor or interaction emphasis * Highlight boxes, circles, underlines, masks, or callouts * Selective blur and focus transitions * Perspective or device-screen treatments * Parallax and layered screen movement * Fast but readable UI transitions * Subtle CRT, digital, scan-line, glow, or interface effects where appropriate Do not apply the same preset repeatedly. Vary the visual language while maintaining a coherent design system. Effects should support the narration, not distract from it. #### 3. Vox-style motion-graphics polish Create a concise, modern explanatory-video style inspired by Vox and premium technology launch videos. Use the available time for the highest-impact additions, such as: * Animated keywords and short text statements * Clean typographic emphasis * Graphic wipes and section transitions * UI annotations * Numbers, labels, arrows, icons, or contextual overlays * Speed ramps or rhythmic cuts where useful * Consistent easing and polished keyframe movement * Strong visual emphasis on the most important product moments Arabic and English content must remain readable and correctly aligned. Do not introduce spelling changes without checking them with me. #### 4. Sound engineering Complete a professional sound-design and mixing pass: * Clean and clarify the narration * Maintain consistent dialogue volume * Reduce distracting noise where necessary * Add tasteful whooshes, impacts, risers, interface clicks, swipes, and transition sounds * Synchronize sound effects precisely with motion * Improve the music edit and pacing * Duck music beneath narration * Avoid excessive or repetitive sound effects * Prevent clipping, distortion, or sudden volume changes The finished mix should sound energetic, premium, and controlled on both headphones and laptop speakers. #### 5. Final finishing and export * Check visual continuity, spelling, animation timing, and audio synchronization. * Correct any obvious framing or scaling issues. * Apply a light overall color and contrast finishing pass if needed. * Remove plugin warnings, watermarks, broken frames, black gaps, and accidental flashes. * Preserve or improve the current 16:9 Full HD sequence. * Export a high-quality **H.264 MP4 at 1920×1080**, preserving the current sequence frame rate. * Use high-quality AAC audio at 48 kHz. * Ensure the MP4 is ready for direct hackathon submission. ### Deliverables Please return: 1. Final submission-ready MP4 2. Updated Premiere Pro project 3. Any new assets you added 4. A brief note identifying: * Effects or plugins replaced * Any remaining technical issue * Any section that could benefit from more work beyond the two-hour cap ### Working approach Please spend the first few minutes reviewing the full cut, then prioritize improvements according to visible impact: 1. Broken plugin effects and technical issues 2. Screen movement and visual pacing 3. Sound design and dialogue mix 4. Essential motion graphics 5. Final export and quality control I am looking for decisive execution, not a lengthy creative-development process. Use professional judgment and complete as much high-impact finishing as possible within the strict two-hour limit. When applying, please send: * A direct confirmation that you are available immediately * Your Premiere Pro version * Confirmation that ProductionCrate/PluginsCrate works on your system * One relevant screen-animation, SaaS, explainer, or Vox-style editing sample * Confirmation that you accept the two-hour/$50 maximum
