Premiere Pro Video Editor for Ongoing Videos (Premiere Pro, Formula-Based Workflow)

We are a growing AI-first video marketing agency creating consistent, professional video content for business clients, branded templates, and streamlined editing systems. We are looking for a reliable video editor for ongoing weekly work. This is not a role for someone who wants complete creative freedom on every project. We already have a proven workflow and formula. We need an editor who is comfortable with a clear structure, works efficiently, and consistently delivers polished videos. This is ideal for someone who likes repeatable systems, clear direction, and steady weekly assignments. What You Will Do Each week, you will typically produce 3 short videos for one client. Our team provides: The finished script Access to avatar creation tools/process Standard opening sequence Music Logo assets Editing format/template Access to b-roll and stock footage platforms Clear instructions on the sequence and style Your job is to: Take the approved script Generate the avatar delivery based on our method Build the video in Adobe Premiere Pro Follow our pre-formatted editing sequence Add the standard branded opening, logo, music, and selected b-roll Export the final videos to spec These are usually business/professional videos in the 3 to 4 minute range. Important This role is less about inventing a new editing style every time and more about: Following a proven formula Being organized Working efficiently Maintaining quality and consistency Delivering on time every week Once trained on our system, the full weekly batch of 3 videos should generally take about 5 to 6 hours total per week. Compensation We prefer to work with editors at an average of around $6/hour for this ongoing role. For one typical weekly client batch: 3 videos per week Estimated 5 to 6 hours total Equivalent weekly payout usually falls in the range of approximately $35 to $40 per week, depending on speed, fit, and consistency This is ongoing work for the right person, with the potential for a long-term relationship as we continue to grow.
