Premium Doc Editor — AI + Archival + Financial Viz — Paid Trial $600-800 — Global
Worldwide
Paid Trial $600-800 **About Us / Project:** Who Owns Tomorrow (WOT) is a 16-video premium documentary series on generational wealth. Host is IBEW journeyman — kitchen table tone, receipt not lecture. V1-V8 Visual Intent pilots are closed and verified — beat-level tables with locked VO, required REAL assets, provenance tagging, financial/legal graphics, lane boundaries, pending-verification controls, and do-not-do restrictions. This is not a faceless stock edit. Most visuals are tagged "Needs Creation — VIBES prompt needed" — very short intent prompts like "generic trust timeline 1930s → eight figures now, trustees changed, family changed" that you transform into premium documentary visuals that do NOT read as AI and composite seamlessly with REAL archival material. Distribution: YouTube documentary series, public channel, monetized, long-form 12-24 min. Requires full buyout/commercial rights for all visuals including AI-generated assets. **The Job — V1 Paid Trial Only:** V1 Take Pride in Your Name — 12 min — Paid fixed-price trial $600-800. This is not a commitment to V2-V16. Strong trial may convert to ongoing relationship for subsequent videos (weekly retainer for 2 videos/month pace). What we provide for V1: Locked VO verbatim, Visual Intent pilot with locked elements marked, REAL assets (1930 Census, obituary, oldest photo unlabeled, Remento waveform muted, fire-safe letter, IDs redacted), Bible excerpts, provenance rules, THE LINE asset spec (WOT_FINAL_v7_CircleCropped_ThisIcon.mp4, x=1070 y=540, 10 sec shimmer+thud), reusable system opportunities. Quality target: Make a $600-800 edit look like $1,500-2,000+ production. You have complete creative freedom — use as many AI assets as the story needs (3, 10, 20). AI is creative tool, not budget line item. Reusable systems (family-tree treatment, lower thirds, provenance tags, documentary typography, financial chart language, artifact presentation, transitions, recurring motifs) are encouraged but never mandated at expense of quality. **What We Are Actually Hiring For:** Not just an editor. You are the visual production partner transforming unusually developed creative architecture into finished film. Must demonstrate: - AI generation: sophisticated AI video/imagery (Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Luma, etc.) - Documentary storytelling: turn information into compelling visual narrative - AI realism: material that does not scream "AI" — no morphing faces, no uncanny - REAL + AI integration: seamless integration of genuine photos, documents, archival, screen recordings, and generated material into one film - Provenance discipline: ensure generated material cannot masquerade as genuine evidence - Evidence discipline: respect unresolved info rather than quietly turning into fact - Locked-element discipline: preserve locked VO, text, redactions, required assets - Visual judgment: understand WHY a visual exists, not merely how to execute - Systems thinking: build reusable infrastructure without making film feel templated - Revision discipline: receive precise notes and execute accurately **9-Question Screening — Must answer all 9 to be considered:** 1. Portfolio Proof: Links to 2-3 finished pieces demonstrating AI video/image generation integrated into premium finished productions (not raw AI clips). 2. VIBES Walkthrough: Given short WOT VIBES prompt "generic trust timeline 1930s → eight figures now, trustees changed, family changed" — walk through how you'd turn that into finished high-end asset. Tools, prompt expansion, compositing, integration with REAL. 3. AI Realism: How do you prevent AI-generated material from looking obviously AI? 4. Pending Verification: You encounter compelling stat marked PENDING VERIFICATION — DO NOT AIR AS FACT. Deadline is tomorrow and stat would make section stronger. What do you put in edit, what do you leave out, what do you tell producer? 5. Provenance Masquerading: An AI reconstruction looks excellent but could reasonably be mistaken for genuine archival footage. What do you do? 6. REAL + AI Integration: Show example where genuine material and AI-generated material were integrated into one finished sequence — how did you make it feel like one film not two sources? 7. Intent Translation: Before describing execution, explain what you believe viewer should understand or feel from supplied visual-intent prompt. 8. Locked-Element Discipline: If VO is explicitly locked but you believe changing wording would improve edit, what do you do? 9. Production Workflow: Walk through your process from receiving WOT production package through delivery of first cut. **Additional Requirements:** - Confirm you will respect REAL/AI/COMPOSITE/ILLUSTRATIVE tagging for every visual - Confirm you will respect PENDING VERIFICATION handling — do not air as fact under deadline - Confirm you will preserve locked VO, on-screen text, and REAL asset redactions verbatim - Confirm you understand V3 cannot state V8 ILIT numbers ($15M window) — lane boundaries matter - Global talent welcome — quality bar and systems thinking matter more than location - No unpaid custom V1 edit — portfolio + answers only **Budget:** V1 Paid Trial: $600-800 fixed. Internal target ∼$600-700. This is serious paid trial with unusually developed production package and high creative standard. **How to Apply:** Submit: (1) Links to portfolio, (2) Answers to all 9 questions, (3) Confirmation of provenance/locked-element discipline. No custom V1 edit required to apply. --- **Posting checklist:** - Title copy/paste: Premium Documentary Editor — AI-Native + Archival + Financial Visualization — Paid Trial $600-800 — Global Welcome — YouTube Series - Description: copy/paste block above - Budget type: Fixed price $600-800 - No hourly for trial - Attachments: None required. Optional: attach 9-question PDF only. - Skills: Documentary Editing, AI Video Generation, After Effects, Motion Graphics, Archival Integration, Midjourney, Runway ML - Location: Worldwide, English must be excellent (documentary judgment + financial/legal literacy requires native-level English nuance)
