About us Odyssey is a fast-growing men's wellness brand helping men quit porn via an ebook funnel and a subscription app. We run paid ads on Meta at scale and need one strong creative to own our ad production pipeline end to end. Compensation $1,500/mo base + uncapped per-ad bonus ladder (up to $2,200 per ad). Clear path to Senior Creative Strategist as we scale. Long-term role, not a one-off. (The budget field is a placeholder; actual pay is the monthly structure above.) What you'll do - Edit 10-15 short-form video ads per week (UGC, AI-generated, native formats) - Generate AI-driven creative in realistic and stylized styles (claymation, Disney/Pixar-style animation) - Write your own briefs and pitch new concepts on a weekly strategy call with the founder - Work inside a proven creative system with documented winning angles and a full testing database Who you are - 2+ years editing direct response / performance ads (portfolio required) - You've briefed or made at least one ad that became a proven winner — and can show it - Proficient with AI generation tools, realistic and stylized - You think in hooks, angles, awareness levels, and iteration logic, not just execution - Hungry, self-directed, motivated by performance-based pay
