Premium Short-Form Video Creator for Business & Financial Freedom Content (Long-Term Project)

Project Overview We are looking for a talented short-form video creator to produce premium short-form content for YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Instagram Reels. Our primary focus is highly engaging content about: • Making Money • Financial Freedom • Wealth Building • Side Hustles • Entrepreneurship • Online Business We may also create strong business, AI, marketing and productivity content, but this will not be traditional corporate or overly serious business content. The overall content must remain relevant to an audience that wants to increase its income, build wealth, create more freedom and improve its financial future. This is a long-term collaboration. We are looking for creative professionals who enjoy producing high-quality short-form content and who are interested in becoming part of an ongoing project. Multiple editors may be hired, each with their own distinctive creative style. Your Responsibilities You will transform our scripts and AI voice-overs into engaging, premium short-form videos. Your responsibilities include: • Creating complete short-form videos from our scripts and AI voice-overs. • Selecting suitable stock footage, AI-generated visuals and other visual assets. • Adding captions, animations, transitions and visual effects where appropriate. • Creating outstanding openings that immediately stop viewers from scrolling. The first 2–3 seconds are critical to the success of every video. • Maximising viewer retention throughout the video. • Delivering polished, professional videos ready for publication. We encourage creative freedom. However, your editing style must naturally fit the Making Money and Financial Freedom niche. We are intentionally looking for different creative approaches, but the videos should feel modern, dynamic, aspirational and highly relevant to an audience interested in earning more money and achieving financial freedom. Requirements We are looking for someone who: • Has experience creating engaging short-form videos. • Ideally has experience editing content related to Making Money, Financial Freedom, Wealth Building, Side Hustles, Online Business or Entrepreneurship. • Understands the editing style, pacing and storytelling that perform well with this audience. • Can create content that feels aspirational and exciting without becoming cheap, misleading or unprofessional. • Has excellent visual storytelling skills. • Has a strong eye for quality and detail. • Delivers consistently and on time. • Is comfortable using AI tools whenever they improve quality or efficiency. • Has their own distinctive editing style and creative ideas. • You understand that the first 2–3 seconds determine whether a viewer continues watching, and you know how to create exceptionally strong hooks that maximise viewer retention. • Is proactive and regularly contributes creative ideas to improve the videos and overall content. Project Details • Long-term project. • Fixed-price: $100 per milestone.. • Initial project consists of 4 weekly milestones. • Each milestone includes 21 short-form videos. • Successful collaboration can lead to ongoing work over the long term.
