Video podcast creation for a high quality podcast & ongoing video editing and production assistance

We are hoping to find a podcast freelancer that we can build a long term relationship with to help us build a phenomenal podcast quickly. I am starting a video podcast and we would like for it to look very polished and professional right from the start. We want it to be “Jay Shetty” or “Call her Daddy” level of production. We are building an in-house podcast studio that is going to look very well-designed. We will be purchasing the appropriate equipment for good audio and video quality. We need someone who we can help us with the logistics and design/marketing/brand choices relating to starting the podcast in addition to someone who can help with ongoing audio/video editing support and creation of short clips that we can post on social media. We will be having multiple camera angles and use of external microphones. We hope to start off with 2 episodes a week. The podcast will be a high-quality fun, lighthearted, humorous podcast with my sister focused around discussing social dilemmas (example: the "Am I an asshole?" reddit thread). We are both young professionals with a lot of personality and people tell us we have a hilarious dynamic :) We will also be providing social commentary as well and discussing deeper reflective topics about life and society. We also have a dog is very adorable and will be featured in the podcast. The main goal of this video podcast is to create the short clips to build an audience on Tiktok and Instagram Reels. We also still hope to build an audience on Youtube, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify with our long form content. Please only submit an application if you have the following that you can share: -An example of an edited high quality video podcast with multiple camera angles -Examples of high quality short clips that can be used on social media like TikTok and instagram -Examples of clips or videos that visually appear to be high production value (high quality video, high quality studio) Preferred but not required: -Knowledge of the equipment we should purchase as well as how we can set up our podcast studio in the most aesthetic way -Experience working on a successful video podcast that was able to create viral clips -Having podcast short clips that went viral. Appropriate pacing is appreciated. Appropriate use of captions is also useful. -Experience in podcast launch strategy including creating podcast branding, determining podcast name, mapping out what a typical show would look like -Posting content to the respective channels-- Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Youtube, Instagram Reels, Tiktok -Helping source content or ideas that can be used for each episode; doing the production work to come up with an agenda for each episode.
