Presentation & Content System Designer (PowerPoint + Camtasia + Brand System)

Overview I'm looking for an experienced presentation designer to build a professional, reusable content production system that will be used for training courses, webinars, executive briefings, conference presentations, and video production. This is not a one-time PowerPoint project. The goal is to create a scalable design system that makes future content easy to produce, visually consistent, and professional. The final product should allow me to create new presentations quickly by selecting layouts, replacing content, and exporting for video production. Scope of Work 1. PowerPoint Slide Master Create a premium PowerPoint template with approximately 20 reusable layouts, including: Cover Chapter Divider Learning Objectives Agenda Timeline Statistics (3-card & 4-card) Quote Two-Column Layout Screenshot Analysis Evidence Matrix Process Flow Decision Tree Risk Matrix Knowledge Check Summary Q&A Contact Closing Appendix All layouts should use editable placeholders and be designed for long-term reuse. 2. Brand Design System Develop a complete visual design system including: Typography Color palette Icons Background styles Glass-effect panels Gradients Shadows Image treatments Title hierarchy Spacing standards Animation recommendations 3. Video Production Assets Create reusable assets optimized for Camtasia, including: Intro and outro screens Lower thirds Chapter transitions Callout graphics Information boxes Knowledge check graphics Summary graphics Reusable overlays 4. Icon & Graphics Library Create a consistent library of editable icons and graphics related to: Cybersecurity Compliance Risk Assessments Evidence Cloud Networks Identity Access Control Policies Firewalls Encryption Auditing Also include reusable: Backgrounds Timeline elements Headers Dividers Process diagrams Infographic elements Tables Data cards 5. Organization Deliver a well-organized asset library with clearly named folders and documentation so future content can be created efficiently.
