--- ## Marketing & Presentation Specialist Needed for Construction Bid Presentation We are seeking an experienced **Marketing and Presentation Specialist** to assist with the collation, structuring and presentation of due diligence information for **three project sites**. The ideal candidate will have strong experience creating high-quality, professional presentations for property, construction, development, architecture, interiors, or project bid submissions. Experience in the construction industry is highly preferred. ## Project Overview We are currently compiling several different information packs relating to the due diligence of three sites. We need this information reviewed, organised and transformed into a clear, structured and compelling presentation suitable for a project bid / client-facing submission. The final output should not just be a basic slide deck. We are looking for someone who can help shape the information into a strong story, present the material professionally, and create a polished presentation that supports a winning project proposal. ## Scope of Work The successful freelancer will be required to: * Review and collate multiple information packs across three sites * Structure the content into a logical and compelling presentation format * Create a professional, visually engaging presentation deck * Present due diligence findings clearly and commercially * Highlight key site information, project opportunities, constraints and staging considerations * Develop graphics, diagrams or visual layouts where required * Potentially create simple animations showing project stages, hoarding layouts, site sequencing or construction methodology * Ensure the final presentation is clean, consistent, branded and suitable for client / stakeholder review ## Skills Required We are looking for someone with experience in: * Pitch decks, bid presentations or tender submissions * Construction, property, architecture, interiors or development presentations * PowerPoint, Keynote, InDesign, Canva or similar presentation tools * Information design and content structuring * Visual storytelling * Basic construction staging or methodology diagrams * Presentation animations or motion graphics, where suitable * Working with technical or due diligence information and turning it into clear, persuasive content ## Preferred Experience Construction or property-related experience is highly desirable, particularly if you have worked on: * Project bid presentations * Development proposals * Site due diligence packs * Construction methodology presentations * Hoarding / staging diagrams * Commercial interiors or fitout submissions * Client-facing tender documents ## Deliverables The expected deliverables may include: * A structured presentation deck for the three sites * Professionally designed slides with consistent formatting * Diagrams, maps, tables or visual summaries as required * Optional animations showing project stages, site logistics or hoarding arrangements * Editable source files ## Ideal Candidate You will be a good fit if you can take a collection of technical documents and turn them into a polished, persuasive and visually strong presentation. We are looking for someone who is organised, creative, commercially minded and able to work with construction-related information.
