Presentation Designer - Corporate / Executive Presentations (USA Time Zone)

About the Role We're looking for a skilled presentation designer to join us on a flexible, on-demand basis. Work is project-based - not every day - but when we need you, we need you available and responsive within the same business day. Same-day turnaround is the standard expectation. What You'll Be Doing - Designing polished, executive-level presentations in Google Slides - Translating raw content, data, and ideas into clear, compelling slide narratives - Applying and upholding our brand guidelines consistently across all work - Interpreting briefs with minimal hand-holding - we'll give you the content, you shape the story What We're Looking For - Strong portfolio of corporate / exec-level presentation work - Proficiency in Google Slides (this is our primary tool) - Ability to work to USA business hours (EST or PST - please specify your time zone in your application) - Available on short notice and able to deliver same-day when a project comes in - Sharp eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy - Comfortable working within brand guidelines while still elevating the design - Excellent communication - you'll be interpreting content independently, so clear questions and proactive updates matter Engagement Model This is an ongoing, as-needed arrangement. Volume will vary - some weeks will be busy, others quiet. We'll share our brand guidelines with you upon engagement. We value reliability and quality, with the ability to turn work around fast when needed.
