Presentation Designer Needed (InDesign → PowerPoint Conversion)

Project Overview We are seeking an experienced presentation designer who is highly proficient in both Adobe InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint to help convert an existing InDesign/PDF presentation into a polished, fully editable PowerPoint deck. We already have a draft PowerPoint version completed, but it requires significant cleanup and formatting to match the design quality and visual appearance of the original InDesign document. Scope of Work The selected freelancer will: Review the original Adobe InDesign file and PDF version of the presentation Use assets from the InDesign file (preferred) and/or high-quality screenshots from the PDF as needed Refine and clean up the existing PowerPoint draft Recreate layouts, graphics, image placement, typography, and visual styling to closely match the original design Ensure all slides are fully editable within PowerPoint Maintain consistent formatting, spacing, and branding throughout the presentation Deliver a professional, presentation-ready PowerPoint file Requirements Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint Strong presentation design portfolio Experience converting print or InDesign-based materials into editable PowerPoint presentations Excellent attention to detail Ability to work quickly under a tight deadline Timeline Start Date: As soon as possible (must be available to begin by Friday morning at the latest) Final Delivery Deadline: Monday, 8:00 AM Pacific Time Estimated Effort Approximately 5–10 hours of work Budget Up to $75 USD/hour Please include your hourly rate in your proposal To Apply Please provide: Examples of PowerPoint presentations you have designed or converted from InDesign/PDF formats Confirmation that you are proficient in both InDesign and PowerPoint Your availability between now and Monday morning (Pacific Time) Your hourly rate Confirmation that you can meet the Monday 8:00 AM PT deadline We are looking for a highly responsive freelancer who can begin immediately and communicate progress throughout the project
