Presentation Designer & Visual Communication Specialist for Business Strategy (Ongoing Support)

We are a growing company seeking an experienced Presentation Designer / Graphic Designer to create professional, executive-level visuals that support our strategic planning, budgeting, and leadership communications. We are actively implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and need compelling visuals to make our Vision/Traction Organizer (V/TO), Rocks, Scorecards, BHAG, core values, financial plans, budgets, strategy roadmaps, and related materials clear, engaging, and actionable for our leadership team, young employees (next-gen leaders), and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables: Design polished PDF presentations, one-pagers, infographics, dashboards, timelines, org charts, and data visualizations for company plans, budgets, strategies, and EOS tools. Transform text-heavy or complex information (e.g., financial summaries, KPI scorecards, strategic priorities, Unique Ability frameworks) into clean, McKinsey-style or professional corporate visuals with strong storytelling, clear hierarchy, and data visualization. Maintain and adapt our existing brand guidelines (colors, fonts, logo usage, tone). When direction is missing, proactively research, propose, and update brand guidelines for consistency across materials. Collaborate iteratively with the executive team (primarily async, with occasional calls) to refine visuals based on feedback. Deliver editable source files (Illustrator or InDesign preferred) plus polished PDF exports. Potential for template development and standardized visual systems to support ongoing use by our internal team. Initial Scope (Test/Project Phase): 1–2 sample deliverables (e.g., an EOS Vision one-pager, budget summary infographic/dashboard slide, or strategy roadmap) to evaluate fit. Estimated 10–20 hours for initial test projects. Ongoing Opportunity: Successful candidates can transition to regular or retainer-based support (estimated 5–15 hours per month initially, scaling with needs) for recurring updates to plans, Rocks reviews, L10 meeting materials, leadership scorecards, and new strategy initiatives. Requirements & Skills: Proven experience designing executive/corporate presentations, pitch decks, strategy visuals, infographics, and data-heavy materials (McKinsey/consulting-style strongly preferred). Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, professional work for B2B or corporate clients—please include 2–3 relevant examples (strategy decks, financial visuals, one-pagers, or similar). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Suite Excel charts, etc.) is a plus. Excellent understanding of visual communication principles: hierarchy, storytelling, data visualization best practices, accessibility/readability. Strong English communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently while incorporating feedback quickly. Ability to handle confidential business information professionally. Bonus: Experience with EOS, strategic planning frameworks and knowledge of sales and selling pipeline. What We Provide: Clear briefs and source content (text, data, rough sketches if needed).
