Presentation Designer for Landlord Pack

We are seeking a creative presentation designer to develop a compelling landlord pack for a new coffee shop/brand idea. The presentation should effectively convince landlords to rent their shop to us. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating visually appealing and persuasive presentations. I have already put together the wording and have a draft concept as a start Pages 11-12 have pictures of the coffee process. The shop will have these pictures on the wall in some kind of picture story or mural behind the baristas. Please generate an image of this concept to add to one of the slides. I have attached the logo - please use this but amend it slightly by putting a space between Ruby and Ace I have also included a pack for a completely different company (Bottanika) as a reference point of a finished product. It is for reference only and nothing to do with the core concept of the business I intend to build

• Design a visually appealing presentation
• Incorporate branding elements
• Highlight key selling points
• Create a couple of slides with prospective fitouts of the shop
• Ensure presentation is persuasive
