Presentation Designer for Master Template

## About the Project I am looking for a technical PowerPoint developer to build a robust, highly functional, and plug-and-play presentation template (.potx) for a boutique B2B strategic advisory practice. Important Note on Scope: This is a purely for the PowerPoint template with slide masters and layouts, as I already have a brand style guide that specifies our hex codes, logo SVGs, and typography choices. You do not need to do any creative branding discovery, style exploration, or logo design. Your job is to translate these existing assets into a native PowerPoint template system. The ideal freelancer is less of a general graphic designer and more of a technical PowerPoint specialist who understands how consulting decks are built, structured, and edited by a business user under tight deadlines without fiddling with templates or logo files. * File Deliverable: Native Microsoft PowerPoint Template file (.potx) ## Core Technical Requirements Every element of this template must be configured cleanly so that a consultant can use it daily without design layouts breaking or text placeholders shifting. * Native Theme Programming: You must hardcode our brand palette and specific typography configurations from the attached brand standards directly into PowerPoint’s native theme preferences. * Correct Text Containers: All text containers must be built using native PowerPoint content/text placeholders. Margins, line spacing, text-wrapping, and auto-sizing parameters must be properly configured so text does not bleed out of shapes or overlap arbitrarily. * Embedded SVG Logos: Crisp, scalable vector graphic (SVG) logo variants must be locked into the appropriate Slide Masters so they are entirely unmovable and unselectable on regular working slides. * Unified Aspect Ratio: Formatted strictly for modern standard Widescreen (16:9). ### The 7-Step Narrative Tracking System A primary use case for this template will be delivering messaging and pitch recommendations structured across a consistent 7-step framework. To facilitate this seamlessly: * Create exactly two (2) master slides that feature a horizontal 7-step progress tracking banner/breadcrumb trail running across the top margin. * Master Layout 1: Configured using the primary light brand background color. * Master Layout 2: Configured using the reverse dark brand background color. * Mechanical Design Constraint: Do not build seven separate master slides for this system. Build only these two master layouts. The 7 steps must be built out of standard, easily selectable, and editable native text blocks or geometric shapes. This allows me to manually highlight, shade, or recolor the specific step I am presenting on a regular slide without bloating the master list. ## Slide Layout Library I have attached an HTML file wireframing the slide designs needed. Please ensure the following variations are present in the final template: ### 1. Structural & Foundation Slides * Title / Cover Slide (Light): A clean, professional opening slide with a light background featuring placeholders for presentation title, subtitle, date, and embedded logo. * Title / Cover Slide (Dark/Reverse): A high-impact version of the cover with a dark brand background for major client pitches. * Section Divider / Breaker Slide (Dark/Reverse): A full-bleed dark color block with centered white/light headline text to cleanly transition between agenda topics. * Agenda / Table of Contents: A minimalist list layout with structured vertical spacing to outline presentation modules. ### 2. Core Content & Consulting Layouts * Headline + Single Content Block: A highly breathable slide featuring a dominant header zone and a single wide text/graphic container underneath. * 2-Column Split: Side-by-side vertical split containers (50/50 allocation) for comparisons, case studies, or pros/cons. * 3-Column Grid (1x3 Box Layout): Three distinct horizontal columns or structured card boxes. This will be heavily utilized for defining core pillars, operational buckets, or distinct options. * 4-Column Grid: Four vertical columns optimized for displaying team capabilities, high-level roadmaps, or simple chronological steps. * 4-Quadrant Matrix: A standard 2 \times 2 grid layout layout, perfectly centered and balanced (e.g., for SWOT analyses or prioritization frameworks). ### 3. Data, Process, & Closeout Layouts * The 7-Step Framework Layout (Light): Open main content area underneath the light 7-step narrative progress banner. * The 7-Step Framework Layout (Dark): Open main content area underneath the dark/reverse 7-step narrative progress banner. * Standard Line/Bar Chart Slide: A clean layout containing a pre-styled, native Microsoft PowerPoint chart built to inherit the 4-color brand palette automatically upon data entry. * Big Stat / Callout Slide: A focal slide dominated by a massive numeric placeholder container resting over a short text caption block (ideal for highlighting singular metrics or key ROI points). * Closing / Q&A Slide: A minimalist layout containing clear placeholders for contact information, email, web addresses, and a final call to action. ## Application Requirements When submitting your proposal, please provide the following: * A brief sentence confirming your familiarity with programming native PowerPoint theme parameters (fonts, color buckets, and bounding text wrap). * A link or attachment showing real portfolio examples of functional corporate .potx templates you have constructed in the past (please do not send generic graphic design portfolios or standalone PDF slide images). * Your estimated turnaround time for delivering the initial draft of the theme and first few master layouts.
