Presentation design for a master's capstone

High-end presentation design for a master's capstone (Madrid masterplan) — content provided Hard deadline: the finished deck must be delivered by 4 July at the latest. Our final submission is on 5 July, so we need to review your work before then — please only apply if you can commit to this timeline. We're a master's team (real estate development) preparing the final presentation for our capstone project — a large urban masterplan in Madrid. We'll present it to a jury, so the deck needs to look genuinely professional, on the level of a real investor pitch. We can build a basic deck ourselves; what we're looking for is someone who can take it well beyond that. The deck supports a 35-minute jury presentation — roughly 30–40 slides, mostly visual (renders, plans, diagrams) with some data and financial exhibits. What we provide: All the content: renders, images, plans, diagrams, text and data A clear structure/storyline for the presentation Our project brand/visual identity (colours, fonts) What we need from you: A polished, cohesive, high-end deck built from our material Strong layout, typography and visual hierarchy — clean and convincing, not template-looking Delivered as an editable file (PowerPoint or Keynote) so we can present and make small edits ourselves Process — important to us: Given the tight timeline, we need regular progress updates so we can review along the way and not just at the end.
