Pricing Database System rebuild - Nina Designs

Nina Designs is a woman-owned wholesale jewelry company founded in 1983, with supply chains in Bali and Bangkok and a team of about 10. We're rebuilding our pricing system from the ground up. Right now we're managing 11 Excel files on SharePoint — inconsistent formats, fragile VLOOKUPs, and a lot of manual work every time metal prices move. We need a consultant to review everything, recommend the right platform (Excel, Airtable, or database), restructure our files with clean Tables, XLOOKUP, and Power Query, and eventually build a scenario modeling interface where we can input metal price, tariffs, and margin targets and have pricing update automatically. Self-sufficiency after handoff is non-negotiable — we need documentation and training, not just a build. Budget is $500–$2,000, timeline is urgent, and we prefer someone who can explain decisions in plain language.
