Pricing & Product Catalog Coordinator (Excel, Square, Merchandising)

Responsibilities * Consolidate supplier price lists into a master pricing database * Maintain product pricing across multiple vendors * Update product catalogs and pricing within Square POS * Organize product information, specifications, and vendor catalogs * Track supplier price increases and pricing updates * Create and maintain SKU databases * Audit pricing and identify inconsistencies * Assist with merchandising and product organization * Maintain vendor information including lead times and freight programs * Produce periodic reports regarding pricing changes and updates Initial Project The first assignment will be organizing pricing and product information for approximately: * 10 Flooring Manufacturers * 5 Wallpaper Manufacturers The goal is to create a centralized system that allows our sales team to quickly access accurate pricing and product information. Requirements * Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills * Strong attention to detail * Excellent organizational skills * Strong written English * Ability to work independently * Comfortable learning new software and systems * Experience managing large amounts of data Preferred Experience * Product catalog management * Pricing administration * Inventory management * Square POS * Airtable * Shopify * Flooring, home improvement, construction, or interior design industries What Success Looks Like Within the first 90 days, you will: * Build a centralized supplier pricing database * Organize our primary vendor catalogs * Create consistent pricing structures * Improve the speed and accuracy of product pricing information * Help create a scalable system for future growth
