Pricing Validation Specialist

Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical PMG Claim Specialist to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and validating Price Match Guarantee (PMG) claims submitted by clients or internal stakeholders. Your work will play a key role in ensuring pricing accuracy across online travel platforms, directly contributing to revenue protection, operational excellence, and an improved customer experience. Key Responsibilities - Review and process PMG validation requests submitted by internal teams or client representatives - Analyze competitor offers using internal tools to identify pricing discrepancies - Verify and document rate details, room types, booking conditions, and cancellation policies - Capture and validate screenshots and supporting evidence from third-party websites - Approve or reject PMG claims based on predefined validation criteria - Maintain accurate records and clear documentation for each case - Communicate findings and outcomes with relevant stakeholders - Collaborate closely with QA, Product, and Customer Success teams to improve processes and output quality Qualifications - Strong written and spoken English (minimum B1+ level) - Experience working with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) Nice to Have - Experience with CRM or ticketing systems (e.g. Zendesk, Salesforce) - Previous experience in validation, verification, operations, or quality control roles - Background in travel, hospitality, eCommerce, or pricing-related operations
