Principal Salesforce Consultant (Hands-On, AI-Augmented Delivery)

Cloud Genius is a senior-led Salesforce consultancy. We're a small, onshore team, and you'd work directly alongside our founder, a Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA). We're hiring a senior, hands-on Salesforce consultant to own the functional and delivery side of our projects. This is an individual-contributor role with real ownership, not a management one. You'll run scope and delivery end to end, partnering with our CTA on technical architecture. What you'll own - Discovery and requirements. Lead working sessions and translate business needs into clear specifications and acceptance criteria. - Scope control. Hold the line on scope and keep projects inside their envelope. This is the most important part of the job. - Business process understanding and optimization. Own the functional solution. - UAT. Author and drive user acceptance testing through to client sign-off. - Delivery. Run the project end to end, including status, client communication, and go-live. Who you are - 5+ years implementing Salesforce, owning projects end to end. - Salesforce certified (Administrator plus one or more consultant certifications). - Genuinely hands-on and want to stay that way. - Disciplined on scope and documentation, and a clear communicator with clients. - US-based, able to work US business hours.
