Principal ServiceNow IRM Consultant (Australia) – Technical Advisory & Solution Design

We are looking for a Principal ServiceNow Technical Consultant with 8+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow expertise, to support an enterprise banking client. This is an initial 2-week full-time contract (8 hours/day) with a high likelihood of extension. Location: Remote (Candidates must be based in Australia. Melbourne-based consultants are preferred.) Responsibilities Provide technical advisory and solution design for ServiceNow IRM implementations. Advise on entity hierarchy architecture, role-based access control (RBAC), and platform best practices. Guide ServiceNow platform configuration, Service Portal, and Employee Center implementations. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions. Recommend best practices for governance, risk management workflows, user access management, and form/catalog design. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of overall IT experience. 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, with strong expertise in IRM (Integrated Risk Management/GRC). Proven experience as a Principal Consultant, Solution Architect, or Senior Technical Consultant. Strong knowledge of Service Portal, Employee Center, and platform architecture. Experience with enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Banking or financial services experience is highly desirable.
