We're a contemporary Indian craft-textile studio, and we're expanding fast. We design and make fine textiles - table linen, cushions, wall art, curtains - for leading home and lifestyle retailers across India and abroad. Our work sits on shelves people love, demand is outpacing our bandwidth, and we're scaling the team to keep up - which is exactly why we're hiring. We're looking for a CAD designer who lives and breathes prints, textiles, and surface ornamentation - someone who can take our design direction and turn it into beautiful, production-ready flat CADs. Here's the most important part: we don't want to micromanage. We're looking for someone with a genuinely superior aesthetic sense who can take a direction and run with it - make smart calls, catch the things we'd miss, and hand back work that's better than we pictured. If you need to be walked through every step, this isn't the fit. If you're self-driven, take real pride in your craft, and obsess over getting the details exactly right - you're going to love it here. What you'll work on: - Production-ready CADs for prints and surface ornamentation across table linen, cushions, and wall art - Repeats, colorways, separations, placements, motif and surface-detail development, correct dimensions - Clean, print-house-ready files, done right the first time What we're looking for: - A deep feel for prints, textiles, and surface ornamentation - - taste is non-negotiable - Strong Photoshop + Illustrator; AutoCAD for technical layouts - Self-driven and dependable - thrives with creative direction, not hand-holding - A portfolio of print / textile / surface-ornamentation work that proves it The opportunity: We'll start with one paid test task - a real brief, so we both know it's a fit.
