Print-on-Demand (POD) Store Manager / Virtual Assistant Overview I have established a Print-on-Demand (POD) business integrated with Etsy and have already created my own designs. I am seeking an experienced Print-on-Demand Store Manager or Virtual Assistant to help manage, optimize, and grow my Etsy store. The ideal candidate will have experience with Etsy, Printiful (or similar POD platforms), SEO, social media marketing, and e-commerce growth strategies. The primary objective is to increase store visibility, attract targeted customers, and drive consistent sales growth. Key Responsibilities Product Management * Upload and publish designs from my Printful account to my Etsy store. * Ensure all product listings are accurately configured, including variations, sizing, colours, and fulfilment settings. * Monitor product listings and resolve any issues that may affect visibility or sales. Pricing Strategy * Research competitor pricing and market trends. * Set competitive and profitable prices for products, including: * T-shirts * Sweatshirts * Hoodies * Jumpers * Regularly review pricing to maintain competitiveness while protecting profit margins. Etsy SEO & Listing Optimisation * Optimise Etsy listings to improve search rankings and visibility. * Create clear, compelling, and SEO-friendly product titles. * Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms used by potential customers. * Incorporate high-performing keywords into titles, descriptions, tags, and attributes. * Monitor listing performance and recommend optimisation improvements. Product Content Creation * Write detailed, engaging, and persuasive product descriptions. * Highlight product features, benefits, materials, sizing information, and care instructions. * Ensure all content is professionally written and aligned with Etsy best practices. Mockups & Visual Content * Create or source high-quality product mockups that enhance customer engagement. * Ensure product images are attractive, professional, and optimised for conversions. * Maintain a consistent brand identity across all product visuals. Social Media Marketing * Assist with marketing activities across: * TikTok * Instagram * Facebook * Create engaging short-form video content showcasing products and designs. * Repurpose existing content into reels, shorts, and promotional videos. * Develop content that increases brand awareness, engagement, and traffic to the Etsy store. Community Promotion * Identify relevant Facebook groups and social media communities. * Promote products appropriately within community guidelines. * Engage with potential customers and help build brand awareness organically. Performance Monitoring * Track store performance, traffic, and sales metrics. * Provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement. * Identify opportunities to increase conversion rates, customer engagement, and revenue. Objectives The successful candidate will help: * Increase Etsy store visibility and search rankings. * Improve product listing quality and conversion rates. * Attract more targeted customers. * Strengthen the store's social media presence. * Increase sales and overall business growth. Preferred Skills & Experience * Proven experience managing Etsy Print-on-Demand stores. * Strong understanding of Etsy SEO and keyword research. * Experience with Printful, Printify, or similar POD platforms. * Knowledge of social media marketing and content creation. * Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools. * Excellent written English and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and provide proactive recommendations.
