3d Printed Custom Side attachment pieces

Milwaukee Safety Glasses w/ Gasket • I'm looking for an experienced 3D designer to create printable parts for custom side attachments that mounts/slides on to the right-side arm (priority) of my Milwaukee safety glasses w Gasket. With mirrored options to use on left-side arms. **Project Overview** I need side-arm attachment pieces that: 1. Slides onto the side arm of Milwaukee glasses w/ gasket. o Looking for right side attachment as priority but making a mirrored model for the left arm as well. o Piece would slide in and stay on firmly, and include a wire channel that keeps wiring secure and tidy when glasses are worn (Wire thickness: 3.0 mm) 2. A separate attachment piece for left & right side that supports a mini flashlight (Tunenge S11T). Would want the mini flashlight to be slide or clip into attachment piece and if possible, have some rotational movement (up and down). **Deliverables ** • Print ready files, STEP & STL files o Ensure files are sliceable and ready for 3D printing o Would also like .FCStd files if done using FreeCAD **What I Will Provide** • Measurements/photos of the Milwaukee glasses side arm and gasket profile • Photos and Dimensions Mini Flashlight (Tunenge S11T) • Wire gauge/diameter for the channel sizing • Any reference images of the desired mounting angle and rotation range • I have an old version of the side piece for reference (SolidWorks) --- **Preferred Tools** FreeCAD (strongly preferred, as I need to be able to open and modify files myself) --- **Skills I'm Looking For** • Experience with functional/mechanical 3D part design • Familiarity with snap-fit or slide-on mounting designs • Knowledge of tolerances for FDM printing • FreeCAD proficiency a strong plus Please include examples of similar functional/wearable parts you've designed.
