Privacy-Preserving Record Linkage System

We are seeking an expert to develop a Privacy-Preserving Record Linkage system on a Confidential Computing Platform (preferably Azure Confidential Computing). The system must incorporate Fuzzy Matching to ensure accurate data linkage while maintaining data privacy. The ideal candidate will have experience in Confidential Computing and Privacy-Preserving Record Linkage, with a strong understanding of data privacy and security protocols. The system is designed for users to input client lists, with the output being an identification of which clients are also clients of other participating firms. The clients should be matched using fuzzy logic, and nobody other than the submitting firm should be able to see their client list. This must be ironclad for trust purposes.
