Private Equity / Investment Banking Presentation Specialist — Investor Decks & PPMs

We are an investment firm seeking an experienced presentation professional with a background supporting private equity, investment banking, or similar institutional finance teams. We have multiple active transactions and near-term fundraising processes and need additional execution capacity to rapidly turn existing narratives, analyses, outlines, financial information, and branding systems into polished, investment-grade investor materials. The work will primarily involve refining and producing PowerPoint investor presentations, transaction/deal decks, fundraising materials and PPM-related materials. We are not looking for fundraising strategy, investor sourcing, or a generic graphic designer. We need someone who understands institutional financial presentations and can independently translate complex investment information into clear, professional slides. Ideal candidate: strong native PowerPoint skills; experience with PE/IB/consulting-style presentations; comfortable with financial tables, charts, transaction structures and investment concepts; exceptional attention to detail; and, importantly, very fast turnaround. This could become a significant ongoing engagement across multiple transactions and fundraising processes.
