Private Lending Professional for Tool Testing

We built a tool that automatically cross-references loan documents and flags inconsistencies — things like a borrower claiming "no bankruptcies" when court records show an active Chapter 11. We need someone who works in private/hard money lending to test it and give us honest feedback on whether the output is useful. What you'll do: Log into the tool (takes 30 seconds) Upload a sample loan package or review our test data Tell us: What did it catch? What did it miss? What would you actually use? ~15-20 minutes per session, 1-2x per week for 2-3 weeks Ideal candidate: Works at a private lending shop, hard money lender, or bridge lender Has reviewed loan files, personal guarantees, or borrower applications Familiar with terms like: PG, BK, UCC, DSCR, term sheet, title commitment To apply: Tell me your role, what type of lending you do, and roughly how many deals you close per month.
