Private Software Development Project

Private fixed-price software development project for a preselected developer. The developer will complete the project according to the detailed scope, deliverables, milestones, timeline, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria shared privately between the parties. Requirements: * Complete each milestone according to the privately approved specifications. * Submit milestone work through Upwork for review and approval. * Deliver secure, tested, documented, and production-ready work. * Keep all business information, source code, data, credentials, workflows, documents, and project details strictly confidential. * Store all code and project assets in client-controlled accounts and repositories. * Obtain written approval before changing the scope, timeline, architecture, or pricing. * Correct defects related to the agreed deliverables before final acceptance. * Transfer all completed work, documentation, access, and intellectual property to the client upon payment. This is a private, invite-only project. Detailed proprietary specifications and milestone requirements will be provided privately to the selected developer.
