Estate Agency & Social Media Virtual Assistant We are looking for a proactive and organised Virtual Assistant to support our growing property businesses, with an initial focus on our estate agency and lettings company. This is not a basic data-entry role. We need someone who understands estate agency or lettings, communicates professionally, spots what needs doing and takes ownership of tasks. ## Main Responsibilities * Managing and organising incoming emails * Responding to landlord, tenant and property enquiries * Following up with leads, applicants and clients * Arranging viewings and appointments * Updating property, client and task records * Creating and scheduling social media content * Posting available properties, let agreed updates, reviews and landlord-focused content * Helping maintain our content calendar * Chasing outstanding information and progressing tasks * Supporting general estate agency administration * Keeping the director updated on priorities, issues and completed work ## Social Media Responsibilities You should be comfortable using platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Canva. You will help create professional content including: * New property listings * Let agreed posts * Landlord advice and educational content * Client reviews * Behind-the-scenes company updates * Local property market content * Promotional posts for our services You do not need to be a graphic designer, but you should understand how to create clean, professional and consistent social media posts. ## Who We Are Looking For The ideal person will have: * Previous experience working within an estate agency, lettings agency or property business * Strong written and spoken English * Experience managing business social media accounts * Good organisational and time-management skills * Confidence communicating with landlords, tenants and clients * Experience using Gmail, Google Drive, Canva and CRM or task-management software * The ability to work independently and prioritise tasks * A proactive attitude rather than waiting for every instruction * Excellent attention to detail Experience with Rightmove, property management software, GoHighLevel, WordPress or Meta Business Suite would be beneficial. ## Most Important Qualities We are looking for someone who: * Takes ownership of their work * Communicates clearly * Follows up without being reminded * Notices problems before they become urgent * Suggests improvements * Is reliable and consistent * Wants to grow into a long-term role ## Working Arrangements This will begin as a part-time remote position, with the opportunity for additional hours and greater responsibility as the role develops.
