Summary

We are a growing Australian optometry practice specialising in dry eye disease, myopia management and patient care. We’re looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant with experience in GoHighLevel (GHL), CRM management, marketing automation, AI tools and WordPress to help streamline our business systems. You’ll work on improving workflows, building automations, supporting patient marketing campaigns, documenting SOPs and helping our practice grow through smarter processes. We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes initiative and is interested in building a long-term working relationship.
