Probate Paralegal for Estate Administration

Looking for an Experienced Probate Paralegal We're looking for someone who can confidently step into active probate matters and: ✔ Review probate files and court records ✔ Determine case status and next steps ✔ Draft probate pleadings and related documents ✔ Identify outstanding items and move matters forward ✔ Help keep probate cases progressing toward resolution This is not a task-by-task role. We're looking for someone with enough probate experience to independently assess a matter, determine what work needs to be completed, prepare the necessary documents, and keep cases progressing with minimal oversight. Some matters will require reviewing court records, pleadings, correspondence, and case history to determine where a file stands and what needs to happen next. We're looking for someone who is comfortable taking initiative, exercising sound judgment, and helping move files forward. The ideal candidate is a freelancer or subcontractor who is comfortable working independently, taking ownership of their work, and serving as a valuable resource to both our team and our attorney clients. Texas probate experience is preferred, but we're open to speaking with highly experienced probate paralegals from other jurisdictions who are comfortable learning Texas-specific procedures.
