We operate in fast-paced environments where efficiency, clarity, and execution matter. Responsibilities - Analyze existing processes and identify inefficiencies - Design and optimize workflows for better performance - Document processes, SOPs, and system improvements - Work closely with teams to implement changes - Support Agile execution (sprints, iteration cycles, continuous improvement) - Track and measure the impact of process improvements Qualifications Required — Must Have 1. Lean Six Sigma certification — Green Belt minimum; Black Belt strongly preferred 2. Process mapping and root cause analysis — Ability to build a current-state process map from a walkthrough session, identify the constraint, and determine the root cause (not just symptoms) 3. Measurement discipline — Strong understanding of baseline vs. post-change data, control charts, and KPI design for operational improvements 4. Executive-level communication — Polished spoken English for US-based stakeholders; clear, concise written communication; confident presenting to decision-makers 5. Structured playbook execution — Ability to follow defined processes precisely, flag exceptions properly, and escalate when needed instead of improvising Strong Qualifications (Highly Preferred) 1. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt — Strong proficiency in DMAIC, statistical process control, hypothesis testing, and control plan design 2. Business process engineering or operations consulting experience — Proven experience designing, implementing, and transitioning improvements to operational teams 3. Agile / Scrum experience — Experience working in sprints, running structured standups, and closing cycles effectively 4. Relevant Master’s degree — MBA (Operations), MS Industrial Engineering, MS Business Analytics, or equivalent 5.
