Procure to Pay Operations Expert

I'm looking for an experienced Procure-to-Pay (P2P) professional with deep, hands-on expertise across the procurement and accounts payable cycle for a series of paid consultations. These are discovery sessions - I want to understand how P2P work actually happens in practice: where the real friction lives, how teams handle volume day to day, and what separates work that gets done well from work that slips through the cracks. My primary focus is invoice exceptions and dispute resolution, but I expect to cover the full cycle across several sessions: - Sourcing & supplier/vendor onboarding - Requisitions & purchase orders - Goods receipt & invoice matching (3-way match) - Invoice exceptions & dispute resolution (primary focus) - Payments & supplier management I'll bring specific questions and I'm after candid, practical answers from someone who has done the work, not high-level overviews. Ideal background: - Several years across the P2P / accounts payable cycle, with strong depth in exception and dispute handling - Experience at a BPO / shared services center, or across multiple companies and ERP systems - Strong grasp of supplier-specific patterns, workflow bottlenecks, and what actually resolves exceptions Format: paid calls, starting with one session and continuing across several if it's a good fit.
