Procurement Analyst needed for mentorship

I am looking for someone experienced in procurement to mentor and teach me before I start an internship at a vertically integrated food manufacturing company. I want to develop the technical skills used in procurement as well as understand the organizational structure and day-to-day workflows of a procurement team. Bonus points if you understand how AI is impacting the procurement profession. Topics I'm especially interested in include: Kraljic portfolio analysis, category management, vendor management, make-or-buy frameworks, total cost of ownership, and how procurement teams use platforms like Salesforce or other ERP systems. I need someone who is willing to answer a lot of questions as well as help structure a basic curriculum. I have done some studying on my own, but do not have domain exprience. Ideally 4-8 one-hour sessions over the next few weeks, scheduled flexibly around both our availability. If this is a good fit for the both of us, I am willing to prolong afterwards. I bring a good attitude to learning and want someone who also hopefully enjoys teaching. Preferred background: 5+ years in procurement, supply chain, or strategic sourcing — ideally in food, CPG, or manufacturing.
